Returns Policy
If you receive a defective product,
we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a working
replacement at no cost to you. You
must
contact us within
2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary information
that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc..
Thompson Sporting Goods will take care of any shipping
charges to return the defective product and get the replacement to you.
You may also opt to receive store credit for the cost of the item and
shipping.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, it can
be returned for store credit. You must
contact us within
2-3 business days of receiving the item to get a return authorization
number. All return items must be received within 10 business days of
the date the return authorization number is issued, and 30 days from
date product was shipped. Items returned without a return authorization
number will be disregarded or returned at the customer's expense. All
returned items must be in a "never used" condition, or we will not
accept them. Shipping on non-defective products is the responsibility of
the customer and will not be credited.
Thompson Sporting Goods Will Not Grant Refunds. All Returns will be
for Item Exchange or Store Credit Only. Shipping and Handling on Non-Defective products is the responsibility of the
customer and will not be refunded. All cancellations on any Thompson Sporting Goods products must be written and faxed to Thompson Sporting Goods at 912-882-0842 as soon as possible. There must be a follow-up phone call to ensure that we have received your cancellation request. If an order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item back to Thompson Sporting Goods. There is also a 25% restocking fee on every cancelled order. If an order has not already shipped, there will be no shipping charges. Also, if the customer would like store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived. Cancellations only apply to customers who have not received their product. A customer who has received their product and wishes for some form of cancellation, return, exchange will need to look at the Returns section of Thompson Sporting Goods. Thompson Sporting Goods prides itself in customer service and satisfaction. Cancellation of an order is the last thing that we want. If there is a conflict with your order or a problem that you feel Thompson Sporting Goods is responsible for, please allow us to fix it. Thompson Sporting Goods provides leisure products and therefore it should be a leisurely purchase. If any situation occurs where you are unhappy or wish to cancel your order, call 1-800-707-1901 and give us a chance to end your visit in a positive, productive way. Customized Products and Special Orders Store Credit can be used at Any Thompson Sporting Goods Website or Store. Store credit is not limited to the Website or Store that the item was purchased from. Store credit can be cashed in at any time, however, a fee may apply depending on the nature of the store credit. Once a sale has been processed, pricing is final.
