Tracking Your Package

All frieght shipments and USPS delivery tracking instructions (when available) are automatically sent to your email address at the time of shipment.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Minimum shipping is $10.00.

Displayed shipping costs are not guaranteed. There are occasionaly discrepancies between what is charged for shipping and the actual cost of shipping. In such a case, someone will contact you and try to work out a solution.

Shipping Policy

Curbside Delivery Information

  • The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table, and leaves the table at the curbside.
  • Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table.
  • The cost of these additional services vary from city to city. They usually cost between $75.00 and $150.00 extra.
  • You may purchase these additional services directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment.

    Shipping Information

  • Since freight shipments are quite different than UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments, we want to make sure that ou r c ustomers understand the shipping procedures to avoid surprises at the time of delivery.
  • The trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.
  • It will be a estimated time window of about 2-5 hours.
  • All deliveries occur Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
  • It is important to keep your scheduled appointment. If you miss the scheduled appointment, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.
  • Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address?
    The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
  • Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location.
  • Before You Sign for the Delivery:
    Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.
  • Please inspect your shipment once the table arrives. If there is any visible damage or if any cartons are missing refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Any damages must be reported to TSG within 24 hours of receipt of goods (tsg@tds.net).
  • If you take claim of the table, you the customer are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • If any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with parts, note damage on delivery receipt and accept table.
  • If you are unable to fully inspect entire contents upon delivery, you must write " SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION " on delivery receipt. This insures we are able to file a proper concealed damage claim with the carrier.
  • Deliveries that are signed free and clear of damages will be the recipient's responsibility, no exceptions.

    Shipping Times and Methods:

    Basic in-stock orders are usually shipped out within 4-5 days, but can take 7-10 business days.
    Expedited in-stock orders are usually shipped out the same day but can take up to 2 business days.

    Orders over $100.00 USD may require a signature upon delivery. Please specify if you do not want this service in case it is added.

    Thompson Sporting Goods is only responsible for a package shipping to the initial shipping address.  Any customer who wishes to change the delivery location before the order has shipped, or while the order is in transit, must inform Thompson Sporting Goods immediately.  Any customer who redirects a package to an alternate delivery location without the knowledge and consent of Thompson Sporting Goods will no longer be under the protection of Thompson Sporting Goods in direct reference to damaged, missing, stolen packages, etc.

    Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations on any Thompson Sporting Goods products must be written and faxed to Thompson Sporting Goods at 912-882-0842. There must be a follow-up phone call to ensure that we have received your cancellation request.

    Rush Delivery

    For rushed delivery, orders should be phoned in at 800-707-1901. We offer several forms of rushed delivery, ranging from Overnight Delivery to 3-Day Delivery. The daily cut-off for rushed delivery orders is 2:00PM EST. All rushed orders taken after that time will be processed the next business day.
