Returns

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 10 days of receipt. Credit will be issued for the purchase price minus any shipping for exchange or store credit only – no refunds will be given. This credit may be used for any item in any of our store categories; it is not limited to the same type of item. Thompson Sporting Goods, Inc. does not limit the time frame in which we will carry a “credit” on your account with our store. As long as you have documentation of the purchase and confirmed receipt of the return, we will honor the credit. Thompson Sporting Goods, Inc. Standard Return policy does not apply to all items. Please see below in our Exception for Returns/Exchanges for a list of these items.

Exchanges: Thompson Sporting Goods, Inc. will be glad to exchange a defective item or if the ordered was incorrectly filled at no charge. If you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect item, we will be glad to exchange the item minus any shipping charges. You will be responsible for any shipping plus any difference in the item costs. If the returned item cost more than the exchange item, the difference will be applied to help with shipping the new item back to you.

Return/Exchange Exceptions: No returns or exchanges can be made for the following: books or software any electronic item – i.e. – air hockey blower, electronic scoring unit, etc. touch up paint for ping pong tables that has obviously been used (Stiga and Kettler are different brands and paint colors are not interchangeable) custom orders – i.e. – customized billiard balls or any item bearing a personalized logo, emblem or size, etc. freight shipped items – (due to the freight cost, once a freight item has shipped the order cannot be cancelled or the item be returned) If the item is damaged – must be noted at time of delivery and refused, then contact us right away.

If in question it is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about the product. If an item has been incorrectly posted, we will do everything in our power to correct the information.

Most items may be shipped via US Priority Mail or FedEx Ground / Home. Rates are calculated at the end of the Checkout; freight items are calculated separately. To upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 (noon) EST.
